We are recruiting volunteers and paid full-time staff to fill valued roles in RCEF. All of the roles are essential to our organization's functioning as well as in shaping innovative programs to improve education in rural China.
Paid full-time staff members are based in Shanxi Province, China at our program site. Volunteers work from place of their residence in committees and occasionally there are opportunities to work at our program sites in rural China. In this section, we invite you to explore the various opportunities that RCEF offers, and discover the meaning of being part of the RCEF team.
