Tianxia Xi (Beijing Brooks Education Centre) is an NGO which aims to foster active and
responsible citizens who are conscious of the need for sustainable development
through theoretical exploration and educational praxis. They are experienced in developing “native
soil” education for rural communities.

Green Watershed is a local NGO which began working in the Nasi Hai watershed since
2000. Their mission is to advocate
environmental justice, facilitate popular participation and actualize
sustainable watershed management. Their
experimentation in participatory watershed management has received national and
international recognition.
