Reading Curriculum

Rural children and adults often lack access to broad and diverse information sources. Most rural children only have access to their textbooks as reading material. RCEF responds by providing carefully selected books for rural children and teachers and developing methods that promote reading habits and the use of extracurricular books to raise students’ awareness and understanding of their surrounding environment.
