Structure & Team

RCEF provides grants, resources, training, and technical support to domestic Chinese non-profit projects that align with our mission.

Currently our main partner is the Starfish Rural Youth Cultural Research Center, a non-profit that spun off of RCEF in fall 2010 and manages the program RCEF established in Yongji, Shanxi Province. RCEF is heavily involved in funding, organizational and program strategy and human resources decisions of the Starfish Center in its early stages. RCEF's goal is to multiply the influence of the Starfish program in Shanxi Province by disseminating its experiences and model to more rural areas in China.
